Winter really does take its toll on my skin. No matter what routine I am in when the cold snap hits, my skin just rejects moisture for sensitive and dry patches that can actually hurt if it is particularly windy. For this reason I am always on the look out for something new to try and Neutral 0% is the latest range I thought I would give a go.
Neutral 0% contain no unnecessary colourants, perfumes or parabens to reduce the risk of skin irritation yet still provide everything you need to look after your skin. The range includes face care, body care and household items as well as baby care products to look after the little people in your life as well.
I was sent the Face Wash, Skin Tonic and Intensive Repair Cream to review and see how my skin reacted to them.
The Face Wash is a light foam that smells of absolutely NOTHING. I actually love this and it lives up to the sensitive nature of the product. Unlike other foam washes I have tried it lathers across the face well and it lifts dirt away well. When rinsed off my skin feels soft and smooth with that lovely clean feeling that I wasn’t expecting from a sensitive skin product.
A lovely way to refresh the skin or make sure you have removed every bit of dirt and grime is the Skin Tonic which has an upward pump that reminded me of the dispenser bottles they use in the nail salon. Just like the face wash it doesn’t smell of anything, but contains glycerin and provitamin B to cleanse and care for your skin. I find it a lovely way to help reduce redness too as it feels cooling on my face.
The wonder product of the three is the Intensive Repair Cream designed for extra dry skin. Normally my dry patches need something quite substantial containing an abundance of added ingredients. This works so well delivering a massive hit of hydration wherever it is applied. I get dry and itchy patches on my elbows and this reduces the itchiness on contact and cools them right down. Within a couple of days the dryness had dramatically reduced and you need the tiniest bit to make a difference.
The products are competitively priced with the Face Wash retailing at £8.99, the Face Tonic at £8.99 and the Intensive Repair Cream at £6.99. I love that you aren’t expected to pay more for a specialist product and I will definitely be trying their £9.99 Face Cream in the near future as my go to Kiehls Ultra Facial Cream supply is at drastically low measures.
