Muller Launches New Muller Corner Icelandic Style Skyr Yoghurt

Fruit and yoghurt is my go to breakfast when working from home. I can have a pile of fruit all prepared and literally top it with some yoghurt and granola, whilst getting on with my work for the day. Muller yoghurt has always been a favourite of mine and they have recently launched their new Muller Corner Icelandic Style Skyr Yoghurt, so I thought I would give them a try.

The new Corners are a lot bigger than the other ones in their range and contain 13g of protein per pot. There are three flavours to try – nuts & chocolate, banana & almond or raspberry & hazelnut.

The yoghurt portion is thick and creamy yet plain, so the toppings add the majority of flavour. All three of the new toppings are granola style so there is a fine mix of nuts, crunchy pieces and either chocolate coated balls or freeze dried fruit. The ratio of yoghurt and toppings is good too, so once you give it a good mix you will get a little bit of topping in each mouthful.

The extra large size makes it surprisingly filling and I struggled to finish one most mornings when topped with fruit. They also keep you full until lunchtime, thanks to the 13g of protein per pot. Nice, quick and simple. Not only are they good for working from home, but the pots make them easy to transport for the times when I am back in the office and have just a few minutes until my first meeting.

What do you top your yoghurt with at breakfast time?

Muller Corner Icelandic Style Skyr yoghurts are available from most good supermarkets.
