When I bought my house I was so excited to have a garden again. It isn’t south facing so on a sunny day I can be found moving my outdoor furniture following the sun so I get all the rays which help to lift my mood and my spirits. I can usually be found reading a good book or getting up to date with my Hello Day Planner but I have longed for a little barbecue since I moved in. There is nothing quite like toasting marshmallows after a day chilling in the sun and I managed to find the perfect little set up for my garden from Love the Sign.
Love the Sign are an Italian online boutique specialising in the latest international trends in home design. They work closely with the latest brands and designers to bring unique and modern pieces to your home that you won’t find anywhere else.
I would love a massive gas powered barbecue but they are so expensive and just aren’t as cosy as what I wanted for my little garden. This Nest Barbecue is so cute! It is low so great for toasting marshmallows or perching whilst waiting for skewers to be ready to turn. At £53 it isn’t going to break the bank and it looks really modern rather than a traditional one.
This Pouffe from Trimm is the perfect height for sitting around the little barbecue and is so lightweight that it is easy to move it around the garden following the sun. It is designed to create a lounge atmosphere and a few of these all together would be the perfect way to enjoy drinks in the sun. The saddle seat style is comfortable and the base is waterproof making it more outdoor friendly although this lives in my living room when I am not using it outside, it is too pretty not to. At £110 they’re not cheap but they are well made, comfortable and so different. The waterproof base has a velcro fastening but a zip fastening inside making it easy to refill if needed.
I can’t wait to add to this new little corner of my garden and the weather is starting to turn much warmer, my ‘to be read’ pile is growing and ready to be worked through.

I am also considering for a comfortable furniture for my garden. After working daily in my garden, it will be great to have some rest on a quality furniture.
