If you follow me on Twitter you may have seen me tweeting various bars in and around the Manchester area with a challenge. I am writing a series of reviews for 4ManchesterWomen about cocktails in the Greater Manchester area and setting bars the challenge to create a cocktail that would portray a Manchester woman in a glass. I didn’t expect the bars of Manchester to be so competitive but they are certainly jumping at the chance to create something unique.
The first review is now up on the site and is about Neighbourhood in Spinningfields. They ran a competition between their Mixologists prior to me visiting and their directors picked a winning cocktail. Oh and what a beauty it was. The review is HERE
