I definitely must have tried nearly all the protein brands there are out there by now. I have to admit until this week I’ve never really seen the point in them other than an easier option for breakfast. I have done some monster gym sessions this week though where the only thing that would stop me shaking afterwards was a shake or a protein bar, it seems I hadn’t been working out hard enough!
One of my favourite brands of protein is Bodybuilding Warehouse. They’re protein comes in over 20 flavours with your generic vanilla right up to the beauties that are millionaire’s shortbread and smores. What is not to love? They’re perfect for experimenting with baking some high protein goodies. As if that wasn’t enough they have now launched a new female focused range called Warrior Princess. The new range was launched with a party by Ledigo PR which was attended by a number of celebrities and saw guests treated to warrior style braids and purple sparkles to commemorate the brand and the occasion.
It was a great party attended by so many amazing women dying to try the new range which has been designed for women, by women. It doesn’t stop at protein either, there’s supplements in the range too to support your workout regime and help you get the body you deserve.
